Call for public inputs on the divorce bill

Hon. Yvonne Dausab, Minister of Justice, who is the policy head of matters relating to justice and the administrator responsible for policies in the legal & justice sector, intend to propose the Divorce Bill, a legal reform in divorce matters in Namibia.

The Ministry is calling for public participation and inputs on this proposed law, as part of the law-making process and in an effort to have an all inclusive approach which reflects and caters for all Namibians.
